The Progress Report
The ABMA Progress Report Newsletter keeps members and communities informed on the initiatives shaping Black-majority municipalities across Arkansas. Each edition highlights economic development milestones, neighborhood revitalization efforts, and policy advocacy wins, giving mayors and residents a clear view of the association’s continued progress and impact statewide.

to submit news for consideration in The Progress Report, the official quarterly newsletter of the Arkansas Black Mayors Association. We welcome stories highlighting community achievements, innovative programs, partnerships, economic development, special events, and other accomplishments from ABMA member cities. Please note that submission of a story does not guarantee publication. All submissions are reviewed by the ABMA Communications Team to ensure they align with the newsletter’s editorial guidelines and available space.
The Progress Report is published quarterly. To be considered for an upcoming issue,
please submit your story by the deadline communicated for each edition.
